Releases and upgrades
Where releases live and a safe procedure for upgrading Acrynite.
Release archives are published on the GitHub releases page.
Recommended upgrade procedure
- Review the release notes.
- Back up Acrynite configuration and catalog data.
- Install the new release.
- Run
acrynite version. - Review the CLI help output for changes.
- Test database connectivity.
- Perform a controlled backup.
- Confirm scheduled backups and WAL archiving operate as expected.

Do not assume automatic configuration migration unless a release explicitly supports it.
