Restore a logical backup
Import a logical backup into a separately registered PostgreSQL target with psql.
Register a target database
$acrynite database register staging \$ --host localhost \$ --port 5432 \$ --username recovery_user \$ --database staging_db
Run the restore
$acrynite restore run \$ --backup-id <backup-id> \$ --target-database staging
Logical backups are imported using psql.
You cannot restore into the source profile
Acrynite rejects restoring directly into the source profile associated with the backup. Use a separately registered recovery or staging target.
